HEALING GNOME MUTATION - Gnome Chompski spawns with the Survivors. All Survivors start with 99 temporary health. No healing items of any kind will spawn. As the only method of healing is to carry Gnome Chompski, Survivors must alternate in carrying the gnome to restore their health.
