How to solve this app can permanently damage your device or cost you money :

1.If you want to disable this issue just open your google play store.

2.And then press your gmail profile picture icon.

3.Now you can goto "Play Protect".

4.Here you can press that gear icon and this will help you to access the settings menu.

5.Finally click to turn off "Scan apps with play protect" and "Improve harmful app detection".

6.Once you done this process,and then app not installed problem is solved.

7.But if you off this setting,your play protect service is also stop in permanently.
