Tiramisu Recipe How to Make Tiramisu
With this super-easy and super-classic recipe, making it will be a fairy tale and enjoying it will be even more so!
Ingredients:
5 large egg yolks
½ cup + 2 Tbsp (125g) Sugar
1 2/3 cups (400ml) Heavy cream, cold
14 oz (425g) Mascarpone cheese, room temperature
1½ cups brewed espresso
36-40 Savoiardi biscuits pavesini
2-3 tablespoons marsala/brandy
Separate the yolks from the egg whites.
Add the sugar and beat with a whisk.
Beat for a long time, until the sugar is dissolved and the cream has thickened.
Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
Continue whisking until cooled
Add the mascarpone cheese
Pour the cream into a bowl
Whip the heavy cream
Whip to stiff peaks
Incorporate whipped cream into mascarpone cheese
brewed espresso
Add marsala or brandy
Dip each pavesino into the coffee mixture for 1/2 second.
Place in the bottom of a 9x13-inch (22x33 cm) baking dish
Spread a layer of cream
sprinkle with cocoa powder
repeat with another layer
When ingredients are finished cover
refrigerate for 6 hours
