How to USE the Polar Star PROPERLY - Tartaglia w/ Polar Star First Impressions (Genshin Impact)
Hey everyone! 2.2 is out and so is the new bow for Tartaglia.
MiHoYo worded this bow's effect weirdly... and when I say this, I thought that you could gain stacks by doing any of the following (normal/charge atk/skill dmg/burst dmg) but it seems that isn't the case. Instead, you need to do each of them individually to gain stacks for the ATK buff. In other words, you have to do ALL OF THE ABOVE to gain all stacks of ashen nightstar.
