Ingredients
500ml Soymilk unsweetened
10g unflavoured gelatin
dissolve gelatin into the pan with soymilk then bring to a boil while stirring to avoid burning the bottom part.
For arnibal/sugar syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
for thicker syrup, use
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
Boiled them together until sugar is dissolved.
For the sago pearls, cook as per package instruction. Mine was boiled earlier and frozen that is why the color is no longer clear.
I would say that it has a smoother texture than the actual taho kaya lakasan nyo na lng ang imagination while eating :=)
or maybe put more soymilk so it won`t be too smooth because of the gelatin, maybe add a 100ml more.
