СОСТАВ:
1 кг помидоров
3 крупные луковицы
600 г сладкого перца
1 перец чили
соль 1 с л
сахар 4 с л без горки
сухие специи:паприка,орегано,хмели-сунели,базилик,майоран,кинза по вкусу(у меня по 1 ч л)
черный перец по вкусу
Растительное масло 100 мл
Уксус 9% 2 с л
чеснок 6 долек
свежая зелень петрушки и кинзы по пучку

COMPOUND:
1 kg tomatoes
3 large onions
600 g sweet pepper
1 chili pepper
salt 1 s l
sugar 4 liters without slide
dry spices: paprika, oregano, hops-suneli, basil, marjoram, cilantro to taste (I used 1 tsp each)
black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Vinegar 9% 2 s l
garlic 6 cloves
fresh parsley and cilantro, a bunch each
