Move of the week. Using my wing chun and jiujitsu BJJ to do MMA sparring at the academy. In this video I focus on using an open stance to control the distance of my opponent in order to enter with my own strikes. In the groundwork I focus on arm and head control to avoid getting punched in the face or body. I start on my back and reverse the position. I will be making a video every week.
