This is the quickest way to fading audio with DaVinci Resolve.
All you have to do is to use the audio track edge audio handles. Move it to the right if it is the beginning of the track and/or move it to the left in it is the ending of the audio track.
This method works for fading in and out music as well.
You can also add a slope to the fading effect.
