There was a time when I was doing all the exercises, seeing all the doctors, and still struggling with nagging hip pain!

Hip pain that turned into back pain and making its way to my foot when it was really bad! I’d wake up in the middle of the night stretching and rolling my hoping for relief so I could go back to 😴

I had been told to just 🛑 running, but that was absolutely NOT happening.

Something needed to change, so I started learning more and doing more research. That’s when I learned about the core & pelvic floor and all the mistakes I had been making.

Once I started changing up my workouts, making changes during my day, and learned how to breathe properly that nagging hip pain turned back pain went away for good!

No more waking up in the middle of the night to stretch & I didn’t have to give up running🎉
