Life can be a ROLLER COASTER and sometimes you don't see the downward swing coming until it happens. The few years have been tough for a lot of people and everybody needs to keep CHALLENGING themselves and avoid getting STUCK IN A RUT. A Couple of years ago I decided to CHALLENGE MYSELF by setting up a YOUTUBE CHANNEL. I had no Social Media presence and no followers. It took a long time to get going but eventually it worked out OK.
