How Many Megapixels Do You Really Need?

It seems like the Megapixel race is not over, with many manufacturers poshing the Megapixel count higher and higher. I personally do not chase Megapixels but I do think we need a certain minimum count, but that nagic number varies from people to people. What is your magic Megapixel number? 30MP? 50MP? 100MP?
