Context
According to the Region-South Ural portal, on September 20, 25-year-old driver of a Volkswagen minivan with 1 year of driving experience violated overtaking rules, drove onto the side of the road and overturned into a ditch.
As a result of the accident, 5 people, including the driver, were injured, four were hospitalized.
The driver was sober.
