Learn how to build a fully interactive and dynamic (automated) dashboard in Microsoft Excel from scratch in this tutorial video. The dashboard is designed to be sent to management and report on the performance of the sales team. I highly recommend that you take your time and thoroughly study all of the steps I take to build the dashboard. The goal of this video is not necessarily for you to create the exact same type of report, but rather to be able to apply all the different formulas and features that I go over in the video to your future Excel dashboards.
