[How to Spot Today's Sell off Coming] S&P Update

During the Sunday night open of the futures price broke below a 4 hour demand zone. That's very bearish so I had a short bias.
And once I sat down at the computer this morning pre market I saw a 3 minute supply zone. This held and was really beat down price.
In the video I review the the S&P futures using the Micro ES futures.
