OK, so there are more then ten if you cut it certain ways.
But these are all details about features that are or are not in alpha 17.

Smell will not come back

Zombies will now attack trees

No seed names just county names for servers

Multi-player party info area
Experience sharing within 100 meters

Max stamina is related to food,
Stamina regeneration related to water

Vehicles in are motor cycle, Jeep and bicycle. No Blimp :(

No enemy health bar

Hatchivator still works

Variable backpack size 27 slots up to 45 slots

UMA Zombies code still in for the modders out there.

The weapons tier affects it durability not damage
Weapon mods and skills are the main contributors to weapon
damage

Zombies and players will deal more damage.

Different game stage Calculation

No multi-person cars in a17

Stamina powers the bike and swimming :)
Bikes can do jumps and wheelies

7 Days to Die ALPHA 16 | The Survival Horde Crafting Game

ALPHA 16 is a large content drop with new buildings. It has new Radiated zombies, feral zombies and many old faces have new skins. There is also Electro-fricken-tricity (Electricity) with lights, generators, traps, sensors and timers. Painting so you can make blocks look like you want them to look if you have the right knowledge. New animals.
Wolves and Dire wolves and scary and the vulture (Buzzard) swoops down and tries to rip you apart.
There are also sleepers, the most engrossing part of the game now, they create a new sense of immersion that is really cool.
