GENERAL TIPS: MAKE SURE your vehicle is STATIONARY! If it's moving you cannot change things like wheel tilt, character placement, ETC.
You can do just about all of these at the same time, the only special vehicles or locations you need is the trans-am I started with in Dunas Blancas and any rally monster at the Dirt outpost. If you simply take a lot of photos at either location as you go you can avoid rechecking the accolades page like I did, and that will save you time.
I'd recommend doing 1, 2, and 16 together in Dunas Blancas, then 3-15 together at the Dirt outpost all at once. Good luck!
