How to get Scalar Potential (Legendary Pulse Rifle) in Destiny 2
Scalar Potential is a rapid-fire pulse rifle added as part of Season of the Wish. I like rapid-fire pulse rifles for PVP and this one is a decent arc damage weapon, meaning it goes well with Arc builds.
