Volvo Electronic Throttle Module (ETM) Test Station by XeMODeX (Ep 2)
View the Electronic Throttle Module (ETM) Test Station used at the XeMODeX facility for diagnostic services. This highly advanced test station uses proprietary diagnostic software to automatically read part numbers and DTC trouble codes from the ETM. This test station is capable of monitoring and testing 12 ETM units simultaneously. The video also includes a demonstration of a full ETM sweep test. Each ETM is monitored by the software at 95 degrees C for 2 hours. Another unique feature of the ETM test station is the dual potentiometer graph. The software interprets the potentiometer's performance while monitoring the maximum deviation between the two potentiometers.
