Volvo Central Electronic Module (CEM) Test Station by XeMODeX (Ep 11)
View the Central Electronic Module (CEM) Test Station used at the XeMODeX facility for diagnostic services. This highly advanced test station uses proprietary diagnostic software to automatically read part numbers, DTC and measure the voltages of the CEM. This video includes a demonstration of an automated test sequence using a custom POGO PIN fixture for testing all replay outputs. Each CEM is vigorously tested through multiple monitoring software to ensure the unit is in working condition.
