Roblox Advapi32.dll Missing or Not Found, [Roblox Not Working in 32 Bit]
If you are encountering the error message "Roblox Advapi32.dll Missing" while attempting to launch Roblox, or if Roblox is not working on your 32-bit operating system and requires a 64-bit system, then upgrading to a 64-bit operating system may be necessary.
Manual Solution :
Go to this site and Download the Advapi32.dll
Note: File Architecture must be: 32 or 32 bit

After downloading the Advapi32.dll
Copy the Advapi32.dll file &
Go to C:\Windows\System32
Now paste Advapi32.dll into the System32 folder.
Please remember:
1) Although Roblox will run again but this is a "Temporary Solution" for next roblox event update
2) Do not update Roblox if you are running 32 bit operating system
