🚪 The Chamber Room: We test static pressure and air volume using auxiliary fans, dampers, nozzle walls, and flow straighteners to generate accurate performance curves. Fans are run at full speed to simulate various pressure conditions, from zero pressure at maximum airflow to maximum pressure with zero airflow.
🔊 The Sound Room: We test for acoustic performance by capturing sound levels across eight octave bands in a reverberant environment. The microphone operates on a sweep to record average sound levels, verifying that our products meet stringent noise requirements.
