If you are trying to develop a more powerful serve, one of the most important phases is the loading phase. A good loading phase sets up the serve, because it enables you to drive force into the ground to initiate the racket drop and acceleration.

The problem is there can be a number of different things that make it hard to get a good loading phase and leg drive. Which is why in this video I show you some unusual drills to improve your balance in the loading phase, so that you can get more power on your serve.
