Here's a potentially interesting title that immediately reminds me of Kurushi/IQ and Bomberman for rather obvious reasons. It has a very snappy gameplay and the frame rate budget seems rather well balanced.
PlayStation 1 US version, so it's going to be dubbed. Running via latest build of Swanstation via RetroArch.
