How to Add Comments to a PDF with Reader
This tutorial will show you how you can add comments to a Reader-Enabled PDF. First, the person with Acrobat who sends you the file will need to Save As a Reader-Enabled PDF and enable Commenting and measuring. Then follow the steps in the video to make notes or highlight sections of the pdf, save and resend to the person or others.
