How AI generative art works (explained by a software engineer)
What is art? The expression of human creative skill and imagination, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.
But how did we went from art being exclusively associated to highly creative humans, that took us, as a species centuries to develop, takes years to someone to learn and perfect to a program capable of mimicking us in seconds.
In this video I'm diving into the world of A.I art with focusing on two of them: DALL-E 2 and Midjourney. They are capable of generating high quality images out of any prompts and the results are astonishing!
I don't know for you, but personally it gave me the appetite to learn more about how a neural network is working and maybe in the futur code something myself.
