This is the Ultimate Beach Workout using a Resistance Band!!!
Just get a resistance band and you can get a great workout in about 30 mins. Then you can go chill on the beach while on vacation! This workout is a circuit style. Go through each of the 4 supersets and then repeat for 3-5 times.
Squat and Bicep Curls
Rear Delt Squeeze / Lunges and Tricep Extension
Jumps and Front Raise
Pushups and Sprints
Complete 15 reps of each exercise and start performing the next one!
After 1 round is done, take about 2 mins and then start again!
After you are finished you can go right into doing some Ab!
Enjoy it and push yourself, you will thank me after its done!
