Genshin Player Accidentally Giving Away 40k Primogems
A Genshin Impact player mistakenly topped up $500 to the wrong account, intending to recharge their Honkai: Star Rail account. As a result, 40,000 Primogems were sent to someone else’s inactive Genshin account. After customer service confirmed they couldn't reverse the transaction, the player decided to treat the Primogems as a gift and told the recipient not to worry about refunding the amount.
