Apparently even spells can be parried lol, although there are a few exceptions (non-offensive types can't be parried):
Ice Jail
Slow
Petrify
Extinction
Hell, you can parry Meteor Storm if timed right lol.
For Blizzard, you must parry the direction the it is coming from to be successful.
