🔴Live Repair - JVC TD-W354 Double Cassette Deck Not Playing Tapes - Both Sides
In the back of my mind, I had this project regarding this box of tapes sitting in the basement. On these tapes are home recordings of music that I have done between 1994 and 2000. There are some songs that I wrote and recorded but cannot locate. With this, I was able to locate a JVC-TD-W354 that we had. It had not been used for years. Last time I used, it was fully functioning. I try to hook it up and the play function does not work on both sides, however fast forward and rewind works. I will take it apart for cleaning. At first I thought it was a mechanical issue, however, I realized the deck may not know the tape is available for play. This deck is a space ship compared to the older mechanical ones.
