Here is a wheelchair elevator at Paris Baguette which a cafe connected to the Stewart Hotel in New York City. This elevator serves the main cafe level and goes down a few steps to the restrooms, however the cafe apparently has other thoughts and has decided to use this elevator for storage. Definitely an ADA fail but considering it's New York City, they probably don't care.
