Jenkins GUI Overview | Manage Jenkins| Manage Plugins | Configure Jenkins job | Create Views , Users
▶️ In this session , lets get some basic idea about the important jenkins options , what is the use of these options on Jenkins UI.
1] Dashboard -- Dashboard, left menu , search bar , profile , notifications etc
2] New Item
-- Create a Folder
-- Create new Job
-- Copy existing Job to new job
-- Create Pipeline
3] People - All The users who can access jenkins. Only these users will be able to login into the jenkins server.
-- Admin
-- Other users e.g employees dev , qa , devops eng
4] Buils History -- History for all Jobs that have run and completed with their status.
5] Manage Jenkins- Most IMP - You can do most of the administrative work from these options
-- System Configuration
1. Configure System -- Jenkins Global Settings , Home Directory, System Mesasge, Quiet period
2. Global Tool Configuration -- Global Tools Settings for all the Jobs like JDK, Git, Maven etc
3. Manage Plugins --
-- All the Plugins that can be integrated with the Jenkins
-- Updates , Available, Installed plugins
-- We can add, remove , enable / disable any plugin
4. Manage Nodes and Clouds-- Need to add & setup Nodes [ Remote VMs] on which we can run automation.

1. Configure Global Security
2. Manage Users -- Create / delete /Modify users that can login and access the Jenkins
