🔬 The problem: Right-angled parts are impossible to print properly.
😓 The printer needs a support surface for each layer.
😅 But these parts generate sections that are printed in the air, ruining the model.
🛠️ The traditional solution: Using supports.
😩 The drawback: More material, more time, and a worse finish.
📏 The solution without supports:
🔎 I discovered that by adding a circle at the right angles, the printer had more support surface.
🔗 But there were still layers in the air…
💡🏋️until I incorporated a progressive ramp.
✨ This is how I managed to print any piece without the need for supports, optimizing material and finish quality.
