Welcome to another round of moving through the Meridians and Extraordinary channels with us at the shiatsu centre!
We are starting off the year on a new cycle, tuning into the Monthly Shiatsu College Norwich Element weekends and connecting into Extraordinary Channels; CV (Conception Vessel) and GV (Governing Vessel)!

Using Qi Gong, breath work, and learning some acupressure points to reduce stress and boost your immunity the Shiatsu way.
Be prepared to move around if you would like or simply listen to join in, as we share many different ways to balance our body and mind.
