The big-hearted bandit is not without charm. And yet, Moulin, who has some sympathy for this non-violent criminal, promises to stop him. It was soon done and Arragio found himself behind bars. Under a false identity, he was in fact arrested for a minor offense. The commissioner then requests his transfer to a Parisian prison. Arragio is now cool. When he is found hanged in his cell, Moulin cannot believe the theory of suicide. He leans more towards a cleverly prepared assassination...
