I wasn’t sure if I should post this video.. I had a bad customer service experience in Chanel lately and the latest interaction was the last straw. I know I haven’t mentioned it before, but I feel like I should address this. Plus my lovely friend has inspired me to do it.
Did you guys have any issues with Chanel customer service before? How did you handle it?
Anyway, I also went to Cartier. My friend is considering getting a Juste un clou ring before the price increase that is taking place in Singapore on the first of September. I checked out a few bracelets and rings.
