CaixaBank is the leading financial group in Spain. It boasts the largest branch and ATM network in Spain and Portugal and is also a leader in digital banking.
In 2016 CaixaBank started its journey to become a data-driven company and it set up a strategic alliance with Qlik.
Now, more than 4,000 business users in the bank’s headquarters use Qlik to perform their own analysis.
In 2020 CaixaBank decided to bring real time data analytics to more than 25,000 branch employees, when the Mis Ventas project was born. Mis Ventas allows employees to analyse sales and objectives on any device and is transforming how the bank is making decisions.
CaixaBank is a 2023 Global Transformation Award Winner announced at QlikWorld in April.
