In what order you put your mods, not only a map combo but ALL of them, can greatly affect how well the game performs. If it loads or crashes, if theres stuttering, errors, bugs and other issues can be fully or partially blamed on your load order. A mod needs to be 100% compatible with the game of course but when combined with other mods it needs to be fully compatible with those as well to ensure there are no errors. This is rarely the case tho and therefor, the order in which you load them, can significantly increase the chances of a more of less working combination of mods.
This video does not go in to any mods specifically but rather the general order in which mods should be loaded. The video is not, and can never be, a guarantee that any mod will work together. At best, the video can help you optimize the chances for your combo of mods to load and work.
