On Monday January 28 bluShift Aerospace attempted to test their full-scale Modular Adaptable Rocket Engine for Vehicle Launch (MAREVL 2.0) for the first time.
The igniter motor misfired, and as a result the main engine could not ignite. Several ignition attempts were made before the test was scrubbed. bluShift engineers continue to work the problem as of noon Eastern time on 3/1/22.
