There aren't a ton of pen style machines that are great at 5mm. The two I've tattooed with over the years and enjoyed are both the Bishop Wand Liner and the Critical Torque 5.0. These two pen style tattoo machines are really hard hitting tattoo machines with their 5mm stroke.
