Unfortunately, event weapons in Genshin have a tendency to not be that great...don't get me wrong though there are a few good ones out there like the Festering Desire, Overlord's Sword, and Cinnabar Spindle.
But just like the Cinnabar Spindle, the Cloudforged is very niche. I go into more detail about what characters I can recommend it for in the video.
