How to Transfer Videos from Mac to iPhone
You can easily transfer videos from Mac to iPhone using Airdrop. This process is completely wireless. As long as you have WIFI and Bluetooth activated on both devices, you can transfer any video file from Mac to iPhone.
You also have to make sure the iPhone has enough storage. The transfer will fail if you don't have enough storage on the iPhone.
You can do this within the finder video on your Mac. Open two finder windows set one to Airdrop and drag and drop your video file on the iPhone icon.
Make sure your iPhone is unlocked and nearby or it won't appear.
