The final day of #CGNY hosted a panel, “Investigating Criminal Activity on the Blockchain,” moderated by Bitcoin Association’s Jimmy Nguyen. William Callahan of Blockchain Intelligence Group; Shaun MaGruder of BlockTrace; Richard G. Reinhardt of IRS; and Ian Lee of Merkle Science joined Nguyen onstage.
The panel discussed the steps needed to counter the persistent public perception that Bitcoin was only created for facilitating illicit and criminal activity.
