Learn SVG Goo Filter with GreenSock's Draggable
Today I'm going to show you how to apply an SVG Goo filter to your svg and dom elements. I'll pop in GreenSock's Draggable for some extra interactive fun. Unfortunately Safari is a horrible browser and doesn't like it when we move things that have goo on them. Works great in better browsers.
