Strikes on Russian Oil Refineries Will Make Oil Prices FALL, not Rise – Foreign Affairs
Unknown drones target exclusively oil processing plants in Russia, not the terminals for export of crude oil. So, in order to keep the revenues high, Russia will have to export MORE crude oil and thus the price on the global market will decrease. Which will again make oil revenues of the aggressor state smaller.
