How to download install and configure Eve NG on VMware
To install VMware on Windows, follow the instructions to complete the installation. Click Next at all steps until the process is completed.
Download EVE-NG OVA
The easiest way to run EVE-NG on VMware is to download the ready to go OVA file then import it to the VMware Workstation/Player running on the Windows 10 host. We shall be downloading the Community Edition of EVE-NG [http://www.eve-ng.net/downloads/eve-ng-2].
Create/Import EVE-NG Virtual Machine on VMware
To import EVE-NG VM, click File then Open or press CTR+O, then navigate to the EVE-NG OVA file.
Configuring EVE-NG VM
Click on the {Edit Virtual Machine Settings} link as seen above to configure the VM. A configurations settings window will appear. follow the instruction of videos.
And now i successfully installed and configured EVE-NG on VMware. In the next video, I will show you how to use the web interface to create labs configurations.
