This police woman is suddenly approached by a man who asks her to hold a rose. She is surprised at first and agrees to hold the rose. In the meantime, the man starts to tie his shoelaces and she is seriously waiting for him to finish. After tying his shoelaces, the man takes a piece of paper out of his pocket and hands it to her.
