Konarev Vladimir Ivanovich born July 16, 1942 in the village of Stanica Petropavlovskaya of the Krasnodarsky kray. Since 1975 he has been living in the village Tsibanobalka near Anapa resort.

The first publications appeared in 1967 in the factory newspaper "Kuban Agricultural Institute", then to "Kuban nov", "Sovetskaya Black Sea" (now "Anapa Black Sea"), the local newspaper - the civil poems, miniatures, stories, sketches: lyrical, ironic, satirical essays , sketches, sketches of the working people. While studying at the institute, he graduated from two-year course of public freelance journalist.
