Left 4 Dead 2: Lost and Damned Tier 1 Weapon only (Lower Difficulty)/(Solo No Bots/Death/Restart)
There's a reason why Silenced SMG being called a mini-minigun, now adding laser sight makes it even more dangerous.
P/S: Without Lower Difficulty addons, you basically playing in Special Delivery Mutation but of course it wouldn't be an issue if done with friends/bots together.
