Tap Message Delivery
Select Don't receive requests for every item

To start open Messenger App

Now tap your profile photo in the top left corner
Tap privacy
Tap Message Delivery
Here you can customize your settings as you wish
First, I will show you how to block new message request from Facebook users
You have to select don't receive requests from others on Facebook and also friends of friends on Facebook

Then if you don't want to get message requests from anyone
This is my recommendation
Select don't receive request for accounts you follow or Have chatted with on Instagram
And your followers on Instagram
As well as Others on Instagram
From now on no one can send you message requests any more
