Volvo 850 noises - no engine running
This is a noise coming from the engine compartment that happens when the key is just turned onto the first click, the starter is not engaged or anything else is moving, just the ignition switched turned one notch. In the video you can see no belts are moving so this sound happens as the car is not started.
